Everything you need to know about managing your organization, team members, and subscription billing.

Team Management

Inviting Members

Go to the Team tab in your dashboard. Enter the email address (which must correspond to an existing User ID if using the manual invite form, or use the email invite system) and select a role.

Note: Team management is only available on Agency and Enterprise plans.

Roles & Permissions

OWNER

Organization Owner

Has full control over the organization. Can manage billing info, upgrade/downgrade plans, and delete the organization. Cannot be removed.

ADMIN

Administrator

Can invite and remove members (except the Owner), manage all projects, and change global settings. Cannot access billing.

MEMBER

Team Member

Can view ongoing projects, see dashboards, and receive alerts. Cannot manage team settings or delete projects.

Plans & Limits

Member Limits

Different plans have different caps on team size. If you see an error when inviting a user, check the top of your Team page to see if you've reached your limit (e.g., "5/5 members").

URL Limits

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of "URL Checks". Every time we check a URL for changes (robots, HTML, headers), it counts as a check. CrUX data pulls also count towards your quota.

Invoices

We use Stripe for secure billing management.

Where do I find my invoices?

Go to Billing & Usage in the app navigation and click "Manage Billing". This will redirect you to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:

  • Download past PDF invoices
  • Update your credit card details
  • Change your billing address
